Room rates reflect the total price for all nights requested. 

An initial flat fee of $10 is taken at the time of the booking.

9% Vermont Tax will be added in your final invoice. 

The credit card will be charged the morning of check in. 

The balance of the  reservation will not be charged if you cancel your room at least 24 hours prior to check in.
