• Room rates reflect the total price for all nights requested.  
• An initial flat fee of $10 is taken at the time of the booking.
• 9% Vermont Tax will be added in your final invoice.  
• The credit card will be charged the morning of check in. 
• The balance of the  reservation will not be charged if you cancel your room at least 24 hours prior to check in.
